1. Who is responsible

Beyond Productions is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@beyondentt.com or addressed to WH9, Opp. Champion Cleaners, DIP2, Dubai, UAE.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, subject, service or project interest, message, source page and campaign parameters. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process page views, sessions, interactions, device category, traffic source, campaign information and approximate city, region and country. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, enquiry contents, user IDs or precise location to Google Analytics.

3. Why we use it

• To receive, assess and respond to enquiries.
• To understand website usage and improve pages, services and navigation.
• To measure which campaigns and channels generate visits and enquiries.
• To protect the website, prevent spam and maintain necessary records.
• To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights.

Optional analytics processing begins only after consent. We do not sell personal data or use website analytics for advertising personalisation.

4. Enquiry workflow and recipients

Website enquiries are submitted through Google Apps Script, recorded in a Google Sheet controlled for Beyond Productions, and emailed only to the authorised business recipients responsible for website enquiries. Authorised personnel use the information only for business follow-up, administration and related records.

5. Service providers and international transfers

We use Hostinger for website hosting and Google services for enquiries, analytics and search-performance reporting. Some providers may process or store information outside the UAE. Where cross-border processing applies, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and handle transfers in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements.

6. Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for business and legal purposes. Google Analytics user and event-level retention is configured for 14 months. Website reporting credentials and enquiry details are restricted to authorised access. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions, you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Use the Privacy control to change analytics consent at any time, or email info@beyondentt.com.

8. Analytics, cookies and external services

Google Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after analytics consent. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Selecting Reject prevents optional analytics from loading. The aggregate visitor counter uses session storage and does not create a visitor profile. External links are governed by their respective platforms.

9. Children

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal data from children through the enquiry form. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.

10. UAE privacy framework and updates

This policy is intended to reflect the principles of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data, including transparent processing, data security, individual rights and controls for cross-border transfers.
