1. Who is responsible

Beyond Productions is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@beyondentt.com or addressed to WH9, Opp. Champion Cleaners, DIP2, Dubai, UAE.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, subject, service or project interest, message, source page and campaign parameters. We also record the submission time and a lead reference. Hosting, security and content-delivery providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data and request logs.

3. Why we use it

• To receive, assess and respond to enquiries.
• To prepare requested project discussions, estimates or proposals.
• To route an enquiry to the relevant production team.
• To protect the website, prevent spam and maintain records.
• To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights.

We process personal data with consent or another lawful basis permitted under applicable UAE law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Enquiry workflow and recipients

Website enquiries are submitted through Google Apps Script, recorded in a Google Sheet controlled for Beyond Productions, and emailed to authorised Beyond Productions addresses, which may include info, production, operations and Harvey mailboxes. Authorised personnel use the information only for business follow-up, administration and related records.

5. Service providers and international transfers

We use hosting, email, Google Workspace, security, content-delivery and communication providers. Some providers may process or store information outside the UAE. Where cross-border processing applies, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and handle transfers in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements.

6. Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, keep necessary records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions, you may request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent. 8. Cookies and external services

The current website does not use first-party advertising or analytics cookies. It loads resources from providers such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Tailwind CDN, which may receive technical request data under their own policies. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other external services take you to platforms governed by their own privacy terms.

9. Children

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal data from children through the enquiry form. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.

This policy is intended to reflect the principles of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data, including transparent processing, data security, individual rights and controls for cross-border transfers.
